Ingredients

For the spicy potatoes:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

For the tacos:

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
