Vegan Quick Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plain vegan yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 -4 tablespoons plant-based milk (to adjust consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos or tamari (gluten free)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs or sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine vegan mayonnaise, vegan yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  • Stir in chopped parsley, chopped dill, onion powder, garlic powder, dried chives, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  • If the dressing is too thick, add plant-based milk a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Refrigerate the vegan ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Stir before serving.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings if necessary. You can add more herbs, lemon juice, or salt based on your preference.
