Vegn Chia Pudding

Vegan Chia seed pudding is a versatile dish that can be enjoyed as a dessert, breakfast, or snack. The dish is made by combining chia seeds with almond milk, along with sweeteners and flavorings of your choice. The mixture is then chilled until it thickens into a pudding-like consistency. It a tasty and nutritious option for any time of day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) and / or granola (optional)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Once the chia pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps.
  • Divide the chia pudding into two bowls.
  • Top each bowl with mixed berries and granola. (optional). Serve.

Notes

Note: Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the chia pudding by adding more or less maple syrup or agave to your taste. You can also use your favorite kind of vegan milk.
