Pico de Gallo Salsa

Pico de Gallo Salsa is a fresh and vibrant Mexican salsa made with diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, and lime juice. It is a popular condiment known for its zesty flavor and versatility in various dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion, and finely chopped jalapeƱo pepper.
  • Add chopped fresh cilantro and lime juice to the bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or grilled vegan entrees.
