Pico de Gallo Salsa
Pico de Gallo Salsa is a fresh and vibrant Mexican salsa made with diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, and lime juice. It is a popular condiment known for its zesty flavor and versatility in various dishes.
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion, and finely chopped jalapeƱo pepper.
Add chopped fresh cilantro and lime juice to the bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or grilled vegan entrees.
