- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (squeeze out moisture)
- 1 14-ounce can or jar, quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained, and then chopped
- 1 1/4 cups vegan cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plant based milk (unsweetened and unflavored soy, almond, rice)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese (optional for extra cheesy dip)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F
