- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a colander and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder together until well combined.
Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss them with the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
Spread the chickpeas out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
