- Mediterranean: garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, lemon zest
- Ranch: dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley
- Curry: curry powder, cumin, turmeric, coriander
- BBQ: smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar
- Taco: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Herbes de Provence: a French herb blend that usually includes dried thyme, rosemary, savory, marjoram, and oregano.

Storage tips
Roasted chickpeas can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 5 days. However, keep in mind that they might lose their crispiness over time, and you may need to reheat them in the oven for a few minutes to get them crispy again.
Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a colander and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder together until well combined.
- Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss them with the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy, stirring them once or twice during the cooking process
- Remove the chickpeas from the oven and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the roasted chickpeas as a snack or as a topping for salads, soups, or rice bowls.
