- 1 small cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
- 1 small honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime (optional)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional) OR add Date Lime Dressing.
In a large bowl, combine the bite-sized pieces of cantaloupe and honeydew melon.
Add the fresh blackberries to the bowl.
Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves and basil leaves over the fruit.
Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salad. Then drizzle the maple syrup or agave over the fruit. OR skip this step and add the Date Lime Dressing.
Gently toss the salad to combine all the ingredients and ensure even distribution of flavors. Let the salad sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
