You’ll want to pack a batch of these delectable cookies for your next picnic or social gathering. These delectable treats are perfect for picnics and gatherings, adding a touch of sweetness and delight to your outdoor adventures. With their soft, chewy texture and the luscious flavor of carob chips, The World’s Best Carob Chip Cookies are simply “out of this world” yummy good!



  • 1 ½ c unbleached white flour
  • 3 T wheat germ
  • ½ c turbinado sugar
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 T aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 c carob chips
  • ½ c soy milk
  • ½ c vegan butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla


Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Put vegan butter in a micro-oven for 30 seconds. Mix all ingredients except soy milk, vegan butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Add soy milk, vegan butter and vanilla. Mix well. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet or spray oil. Use small ice cream scooper to scoop the cookie dough or put two (2) tablespoonful dough. Space 2 inches apart. Wet fingers in a water and flatten the dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Make 24 cookies. Delicious!
