Utilize fans or air conditioning to create a cooler indoor environment, and on particularly hot days, it’s best to stay indoors. 2 – Make chilled soups that are refreshing and hydrating, such as gazpacho or cucumber soup.
3 – Enjoy frozen treats: Make or buy popsicles or sorbets that use fruits, and coconut milk.
4 – Frozen fruit. Freeze grapes, berries, or banana slices for a cool and healthy treat. Make frozen smoothie bowls for a cool breakfast or snacks.
