Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, chopped (about 4 cups)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 – 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • pinch of cayenne (optional)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
