Ingredients

For the crostini

  • baguette or crusty bread, sliced
  • olive oil, for brushing

For the blackberry feta topping

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • ½ – 1 cup vegan feta cheese
  • fresh basil or mint leaves, for garnish

for the maple sauce

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or coconut vinegar)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil.
  • Toast the bread in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
