Ingredients

  • 8 oz of pasta (spaghetti, linguine, fettucine, or penne)
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup pine nuts (or walnuts)

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper to taste
